The Molding Archive™

The Largest Online Searchable Trim and Molding Database.

Site Design Highlights

The Molding Archive ™ is a searchable database of architectural trims and moldings. It provides trim and molding vendors and manufacturers with a method of advertising their products while giving site visitors the a single location to search for what they need. Visitors may search by all relevent criteria, print and email records, download AutoCAD files and more. The site will be evolving to include more features including the ability for registered users to store and share records and more.

Vets Helping Heroes

A 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization created to solicit and provide funds for America's VetDogs so that they may provide guide dogs or service dogs and training to veterans and active military personnel who have been wounded in the global war on terrorism and who require the use of an assistance dog to help them return to a life of self-reliance and dignity whether they are blind or visually impaired or have other special needs.

Site Design Highlights

This site uses a custom API (application programming interface) to connect the donations page with a merchant account and Paypal. An additional payment method of check or money order is also provided. Information related to the donation is collected in a custom database manageable by a content management system. This allows an administrator to generate reports and build mail merge files as needed. Tax reciepts and alternate notifications are automatically mailed out to provided email addresses.

Morantz Custom Cabinetry, Inc.

Building custom cabinets, kitchens (including kosher kitchens), bathrooms and other millwork for over 25 years. We serve all of South Florida.

Site Design Highlights

Morantz cabinets had an existing layout that required enhancement of overall site navigation and some adjustments to the gallery. Jquery was used to create sliding sections (div's) to minimize the space taken up by the gallery menus. Scrolling sections (div's) were used with englarged images to simplify the display of gallery images.

Architectural Aspects, Inc.

Generates house plans by compiling sketches and ideas provided by the client, and then merges them into structurally sound and aesthetically correct construction documents.

The client requested a simple layout with minimal vertical scrolling.

Site Design Highlights

My College Guide uses a complex layout with extensive css and numerous interactive forms. Their Wordpress blog is self hosted and fits seamlessly within the site layout. Their yearly publication is available online in it's entirety. Visitors who wish to read the magazine online may zoom to three sizes, read the magazine page by page or jump to any page aided by a table of contents. In addition, there is an extensive, custom, multi-user, content management system (CMS) that tracks all user activity and manages most aspects of the site.

The Design Connection website is a resource for both teachers and students in the Interior Design program at Palm Beach College. Teachers may upload files for student access and provide messages and announcements either by class or general purpose. Jobs, events and links may be posted by an administrator via a content management system (CMS).
